We want you to be completely satisfied with the items you order from us but mistakes do happen and we will endeavour to do our utmost to rectify these as swiftly as possible.
We pack everything as carefully as we can but sometimes accidents do happen. If your goods are damaged please contact us as soon as possible, preferably by email with details of the problem.
Please supply your name, email address, order number and a description of the problem. If you can attach a photograph, that helps too. We will issue a replacement or a refund as appropriate.
Incorrect or missing items
If any item is missing from your order or we have supplied the wrong items, please report these within 14 days. We will replace the incorrect items and ask that you return the original items to us. We will advise you how to return the item(s) to us at that time.
Incorrect delivery details
Of course mistakes can happen at both ends and it’s not unknown for customers to enter incorrect delivery details, especially postcodes. This will often result in a delay in the delivery time as delivery services rely heavily on correct information to get the items to you. If you do make a mistake in your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Most of our orders are processed the same day so the sooner we hear from you the sooner we can trace the parcel and re-arrance delivery.
